Highland Park has partnered with Australian bar operator, 'The Speakeasy Group' to release a bespoke whisky in its Mjølner venues in Sydney and Melbourne. Made using whisky matured in first-fill Sherry seasoned European oak casks, first-fill Sherry seasoned American oak casks and refill casks, the natural strength rarity will be on collector's radars. 1,731 bottles are on offer, with a significant portion likely to be reserved for on premise consumption rather than retail.
All bottles listed for purchase are from personal collections. Please examine all images carefully and satisfy yourself as to their condition before making a bid. Minor markings are inevitable and collector's should have reasonable expectations in this regard.
