On the nose, apple-pear tart, vanilla cream, chocolate wafer, caramel candy, and oak spice. On the palate, fruit leads and is quickly met at the apex of intensity with warming oak spice as sweeter elements percolate. The finish is warm and pleasant with spice slowly outlasting sweeter elements and fruit.
