Maker's Mark Private Select / Shakers 2019 (700ml)
A popular small batch bourbon, produced at the Maker's Mark distillery in Loretto, Kentucky. Maker's Mark is a wheated bourbon, first introduced in 1953 by "Bill" Samuels Snr, produced with the assistance on none other than a certain Julian 'Pappy' Van Winkle.
The oak staves used for the final period of maturation were selected by Shakers and comprised 3 "baked American pure 2," 2 "seared French cuvee," 2 x Maker's 46, 0 "roasted French mocha" and 3 "toasted French spice."
All bottles listed for purchase are from personal collections. Please examine all images carefully and satisfy yourself as to their condition before making a bid. Minor markings are inevitable and collector's should have reasonable expectations in this regard.
